Psoglav

Psoglav is a demonic creature is Serbian mythology. It has human body and head of a dog, with only one, big eye. Psoglavi feed on human flesh, often digging up corpses and feasting on them. It is believed that Psoglavi had their own country, that was full of gold and gemstones, but they could never shine in the Sun, because this land, called Mračaj (mrak - dark), never sees any light, and is place of darkness and misery.
